I knew I needed to make a change. So I made a decision: to reclaim my life, my health, and my purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From that moment, <strong>Fityak<\/strong> was born\u2014not just as a nickname, but as a <em>mission<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83c\udfcb\ufe0f\u200d\u2642\ufe0f I transformed my body.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcbc I built a brand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcbb I launched a blog filled with workouts, nutrition, and growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udfc1 I became a sponsored triathlete and certified fitness professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Life Continued to Evolve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I met my wife, <strong>Anna<\/strong>, a lifelong educator with over 25 years of experience. She opened the door to a new path\u2014teaching. Her belief in me led to a career where I could support my family and <em>pour myself into the lives of others<\/em>. And this was my life for 7 years while I coached cross country and track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eventually, I stepped away from coaching to be more present at home\u2014for our kids, who continue to inspire me every single day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Natalie<\/strong> lives in New York, managing a brand and pursuing her dream of performing on Broadway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sydney<\/strong> is graduating with a degree in photojournalism and beginning her master\u2019s program this fall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Addison<\/strong> competes in collegiate indoor and beach volleyball and leads with quiet strength.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Davis<\/strong> is a multi-sport athlete\u2014football, basketball, and hurdles\u2014and is already on a college-bound athletic path.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refocusing on My Own Health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Somewhere along the way, with all the roles I\u2019ve taken on\u2014husband, father, teacher, mentor\u2014I found myself without the time or energy to take care of <em>me<\/em> the way I\u2019ve taught so many others to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, at 51, I\u2019m saying this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>I\u2019m not done.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>I\u2019m not starting over.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>I\u2019m building on everything I\u2019ve learned\u2014this time with more clarity, purpose, and heart.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Fityak Really Means<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Fityak<\/em> isn\u2019t just about fitness. The name started as an idea\u2014a space where people could \u201cyak\u201d about getting fit. But like everything else on this journey, the meaning grew deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Himalayas, the yak carries the heavy gear up the mountain. It\u2019s strong. Dependable. Steady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s what <strong>Fityak<\/strong> has come to represent:<br><strong>A kind of fitness sherpa.<\/strong><br>Here to help guide the journey, carry some of the weight, and walk the climb with anyone ready to rise again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Let\u2019s Climb Together<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re ready to reset your life\u2014or just need someone walking the same road\u2014let\u2019s do this together.
