Breakfast: AcidCheck Caplets, Activit, Slimming Formula, Cordastra, and Vanilla Shakeology
Lunch: Italian Meats Submarine Sandwich, Lays Potato Chips
Workout: Swimming 1000 Yards, Miniature Golf with the Kiddos
Dinner: Taco, Enchilada, Rice and Beans, Chips and Salsa
Snack: 1 Cup Yogurt and a Lime Popsicle
I went to bed with last night with extremely sore legs and woke up with scared legs this morning. Have you ever just laid silently in bed when you first wake up knowing that you probably are going to be in some type of pain when you decide to move? Yeah, that was me. I expected my knee joints to be hating on me the first chance they got. Luckily when I stood up, besides having sore muscles (all of them) that felt like they had a really great workout, my joints felt great. I really think that my rumble roller session worked like a charm! Got in a swim today followed by a little hot tub time! Then I picked up the kiddos and we went to Camelot, played miniature golf, rode on Go-Carts, and took a couple bumper boats out too! The air was perfect today after the recent rains and the sun even poked out through the clouds a little bit too! The time with them was precious and perfect!
