L – 1/2 Ham and Provolone Sandwich and 1/2 Turkey Avocado and Provolone Sandwich, Baked Potato Chips and Water
D – Chicken, Spinach, Feta, and Kalamata Olive Pizza (Cracker Crust), Garden Salad, Popcorn, Ice Cream, Sour Patch Kids (Took the Carbo Loading a bit far!)
Today was Vertical Plyo where you push your jumping ability to the maximum. This is a sweat-maker workout if there ever was one. The hope here is that the workout will train my legs to spring better while I run. Tomorrow is a day off. After this workout, I’ll be happy with a slow bike ride for some active recovery before Saturday’s Race The Big Rock Triathlon at Lake Perris, CA ! See you there!
