Great ride this morning! I got to test out my DeSoto Sport Liftfoil Speed Trisuit. 2013-04-23 10.18.20This is a great piece of technology! It’s a one piece suit made so that I can wear it all through the Swim, Bike, and Run in a Triathlon. Its made from compression material and helps to prevent fatigue. When I used it today, I set a Personal Record on a Stava.com segment even though I was using non-racing wheels and swirling winds abound. And I still haven’t shaved 😉 ! Then I got to spend the day with my daughter as she climbed at Action Sports.

After dinner I got in my Asylum – Vertical Plyo workout in. Ready for tomorrow’s Strength session and hopefully a swim.

Back to Life, Back to Insanity! I don’t think that is how the song goes, but today it worked because in my life Insanity is my Reality! The day was super busy but super fun as well! As result of this busy fun day, I hit my workout a little later this evening so I had a light dinner and made it fun and tasty! Tomorrow I have my kids in the afternoon so I am looking to get an early ride logged and then get Vertical Plyo in before Lunch. Lets make it happen!
