It was my Dad’s 71st Birthday Party (Dinner) tonight, again! And yes we’ll get a third in on Sunday! Today I was going to do Back to Core this morning and then do the Strength workout in the evening after the kids go to bed. I played T-Ball with my son this morning and then went for a run this afternoon instead. I am not worried about making up the two workouts. Chalking it up to substitution! If you were doing this workout program for the first time, I wouldn’t recommend substitution for the workouts. Its important to do the workouts in order as scheduled. For me however, tomorrow is a Relief Day, but I am planning on going for a ride. How does that sound?

It was my Dad’s first 71st Birthday Party (Dinner) tonight! I believe tomorrow night we are having another. Maybe we’ll get a third in on Sunday? Who knows? Probably my Mom. Mom’s know everything! Today I was supposed to do Back to Core for my Asylum workout. I got a good ride in instead. May do Back to Core in the morning and then do the Strength workout tomorrow evening after the kids go to bed? We’ll see how that works!
