P90X3 Day 20, 21, and 22 of 90 – Feb 3, 2014
I didn’t weigh myself all weekend until today. Looks like this Super Bowl Weekend got the best of me. Weighing in at 173 this morning was a bit eye opening so here are my best excuses for gaining a pound a day:
1. It must have been all of the sodium.
2. Oh, it must have been those cookies.
3. Or, maybe the ice cream?
4. Definitely water weight. Yeah definitely.
5. It’ll come off as easy as it went on.
6. The miles come off when you drive in reverse?
7. I am never eating like that again!
8. At least I am just in my first 30 days of P90X3.
9. I sure do love food!
10. Ok, now that that is out of the way…..
Let’s get down to business. The triathlon season starts in 3 weeks. Time for me to lean out and work though these next couple of months on P90X3 and get the season off to a rolling start. Many of my friends are having a clean eating challenge for the next 2 months. I think I am going to join them. Eating whatever I want sure doesn’t always feel great. So I am in to eating healthier. Sound like a plan?
Most of my days included:
Breakfast: AcidCheck Caplets, Activit, Slimming Formula, Cordastra, and Vanilla Shakeology, Coffee
Lunch: Salad with Chicken
Saturday’s Workout: Added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Dinner: Big caloric meals
Dessert: All of it!
So on Saturday I did a double workout CVX and The Warrior. Wow was I sore yesterday! I got in the Dynamix workout last night and then did some foam rolling with the rumbleroller. Today I got a bit busy and missed a workout. Figured I would pick up a double while the kids are in school.
Speaking of the kids, I am very happy to be taking care of them this week. They mean the world to me. And even though they are a few handfuls from time to time, I love them with all of my heart. Right now I know they are dealing with a bunch and they are still young. Now I am not one to ask for prayers and have traditionally been very quiet when it comes to my religious beliefs, however if you are reading this and have a minute, could you please take a moment of silence, think some happy thoughts, send positive energy, pray to whomever or whatever you believe in, or whatever it is you do, please do so for my kids’ Grandma “Tootsie” so that she is rid of cancer and anything else that wishes to harm her. The doctor’s are doing what they can, but she could use just a little more help. Thank you!
