Time to start adding back in the cycling which bumped today’s Triometrics to tomorrow with Yoga X. Sounds like a fun hour for sure, I can’t wait to see how Triometrics works. May make for an interesting Yoga session. And just like that, Cycling can be used as a substitute, but it changes the game! No more P90X3 only. Time to double the workout duration and who knows maybe I’ll even start swimming and sprinkling in some runs too. And I might as well just start doing that this week right? I am already eating calories for it. I think my body knows that its just 10 days until my tentative first triathlon of the 2014 Season. The Race on the Base.

Are those Eccentric?

P90X3 Day 29 of 90 – Feb. 10, 2014

Morning Weigh-in: 173 (Down 3 lbs from yesterday)
Breakfast: AcidCheck CapletsActivitSlimming Formula, Cordastra, and Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, Coffee
Workout: Eccentric Upper added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: Turkey, Provalone, and Avocado on Wheat Roll
Dinner: Tri Tip, Potatos, Carrots, Bagel with Cream Cheese and Salami, Root Beer
Snack: Two Cupcakes, Popcorn, Yogurt (Have a feeling I gained those 3 lbs. back)

Eccentric Upper was a good workout that worked on explosive movement and slow and deliberate in the opposite movement. This will help with strength through the entire movement. 🙂 Having a little tightness in my shoulder right now. Working it out with the rumbleroller.

I am excited about getting on to the bike tomorrow. The weather will hopefully cooperate! Speaking of cycling, all I can think about is getting my new TT frame. So looking forward to riding the Falco V this season. And only a couple weeks away!
