Day 15 of …. ?

I don’t know exactly how many days there are until the Ironman Lake Tahoe. I do know that today I got one day closer to getting there, and tomorrow I’ll get even closer. The important thing is that today I pushed play and spent the time and energy wisely to get me closer to my goal. And even though I am a bit sore from this past Saturday’s Team Beachbody Super Workout, I was able to get through the workout better than I did 2 weeks ago. My core felt stronger today. I finally was able to do a decent boat (something I have struggled with in the past). Looking forward to Plyocide tomorrow! It’s going to be interesting ūüėČ
