Morning Weigh-in: 172
Breakfast: 3 – AcidCheck Caplets, 2 – Slimming Formula, 2 – Cordastra, and Chocolate Shakeology, and Coffee
Lunch: Chicken Breast, Thigh, and Wing
Workout: P90X2 Recovery + Mobility
Dinner: Polish Sausage Sandwich with Sauerkraut and Dijon Mustard on a Pretzel Roll
Recovery: 2 Hours Foam Rolling on the Rumbleroller
Snack: 2 Pieces Vanilla Pudding Pie (finished it off – no more thank you Mom!)
Feeling sore today, but in a good way if that makes sense. No pain is what I was shooting for this week and no pain is how I feel! Having Day 3 be the Recovery + Mobility session definitely helps in this instance. Spending an hour on stretching and mobility exercises is exactly what I needed. It was so good, that I spent an additional 2 hours rolling out my legs to help get things to release even more. I love progress! 3 Days in and I already feel the strengthening in my core. I definitely missed doing this workout!
