P90X3 Day 57 and 58 of 90 – March 10 & March 11, 2014

Day 57
Weigh-in: 175
Breakfast: 2 – Slimming Formula, 2 – Cordastra, 3 –  Vector450, and Vanilla Shakeology, Coffee
Pre-Workout: Energy and Endurance Formula
Workout: P90X3 Decelerator
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: Vanilla Shakeology
Dinner: Fajitas (Shrimp, Steak, and Chicken), Pot Beans, Chips and Salsa
Snack: Thin Mints (not chilled)
Day 58
Weigh-in: 174
Breakfast:  2 – Slimming Formula, 2 – Cordastra, 3 –  Vector450, and Vanilla Shakeology, Coffee
Pre-Workout: Energy and Endurance Formula
Workout: Cycling 21.7 Miles and 5.3 Miles and P90X3 Agilty X
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: Vanilla Shakeology
Dinner: Two Grilled Chicken Tacos with Cilantro and Onions, Pot Beans, Chips and Salsa
Snack: Thin Mints (chilled – much better)

The last two days have been great! After trimming off a bit over the past week, I feel great. Granted, weening of the Acid Check Caplets was not fun, but recently adding the Vector450 in it’s stead is making the recovery time better already. Today was a windy ride. 4 of us went out on a mission. A couple of PR’s were a good consolation.

Good to be on a schedule again!
