I woke up with sore muscles from MMX last night. Its seriously crazy how that workout got me sweating right away. So I knew that I was getting a good workout. If you aren’t a little sore, then you aren’t working hard enough, right? So then today was Upper Eccentric which is a hypertrophy workout and has now for the second time left my arms feeling like jello. Good stuff! I know I ate a bunch this weekend, and my morning weight reflected that fact. Hoping that my nutrition over the next few weeks will bring me in to where I need to be for the beginning of the triathlon season.
