P90X3 Day 32 of 90 – Feb. 13, 2014

Morning Weigh-in: 173
Breakfast: ActivitSlimming Formula, Cordastra, and Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, Coffee
Workout: Cycling 30.4 Miles added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Dinner: Rotisserie Chicken, Chicken Burrito, Chips and Guacamole
Snack: Oreos

All business all day! Postponed P90X3 workout for a great ride! Got killed on the way out, but kept it down on the way back. 🙂 Its nice to work back into a groove after taking some time off. Its kind of like picking back up where I left off in October speed-wise. Thats actually a pretty awesome and exciting thing to just realize. I just need to work on some longer rides soon though if I am going to hit that first 70.4 of the year. The Bayshore Triathlon is just a little bit more than a Half Ironman. 0.1 to be exact. http://www.bayshoretriathlon.com Looking to just get this distance under my belt at this point. This will be a first!

Nutrition was better during the day, but I think my Double Day Shakeology Breakfast and Lunch Combo caught up to me tonight. Attack of the Oreo’s!
