Dinner: Salad with TriTip and a Handcrafted Root Beer.
Desert: Frozen Yogurt with Heath Bar and Chocolate Sauce over a Small Fudge Brownie
Back from the Thanksgiving Weekend. And yes I did workout on Thanksgiving. And no I did not workout on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, thank you very much. And I never posted because I was having too much fun with my family. My brother, his wife, and their kids were in town, so it was great to be together with them and share in festive times!
Back to the training —- I think today I was responsible in my nutrition right up until Dessert. However even that was executed with care. I substituted frozen yogurt for the ice cream. Unfortunately I also was given the duty of eating the leftover yogurt. Because frozen yogurt just is not as good after its been in the freezer for a significant amount of time. Right? Good thing I ate salads today! Regardless, I had a great workout. The exercises were executed well and I feel great mostly just to be moving again! I get restless when I don’t train. Hope to go for a bike ride tomorrow!
