Workout:  Focus T25 Core Cardio
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: Turkey and Avocado with Provalone on French Roll, Baked Potato Chips, Water
Pre-Workout: Energy and Endurance Formula
Workout: Cycling 13.3 Miles added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Dinner: BBQ Chicken Salad, French Onion Soup (no cheese 🙂 ), Baguette
Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookie, Half scoop of Ice Cream drizzled with Chocolate Sauce, Cup of Hot Cocoa

I am excited to be back on Focus T25 and sharing my accountability/training regiment. I love this program. It is 25 minutes of intense focus and work, but then thats it! You’re done in 25 mins! When you are a triathlete, or any other person on the planet, time is precious. So anything that works as well as this program cannot outstay its welcome! I’m back at it again. What I like about T25, is it gives me a solid conditioning base to work with in a short amount of time. This allows me to work on other facets of my training while still having the benefits of a gym equivalent workout everyday. Welcome to off-season training!
