Workout: TriCore Workout 13Insanity: The Asylum Volume 2  – On Hold added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: 1/4 Turkey and Avocado Sandwich, 1/2 Roast Beef and Cheddar with Jalepeno, Small Pasta and Olive Salad, Snickerdoodle Cookie 
Dinner: 3 Shredded Chicken Tacos, 2 Pieces of Texas Sheet Cake (Amazing)
Snack: Clif Granola Bar, 2 Lime Popsicles, 2 Tangerines,

Insanity: The Asylum Volume 2 is on hold this week. I’ll finish of Tricore Week 4 this week before the Bakersfield Triathlon on Sunday. I was on the EVOcx for 55 Minutes again today. So happy that I am drinking AcidCheck in my water. The TriCore workout induces a serious sweat session. Trying to spread out the calories, but having trouble with the sweets. Looking to get that reeled in over the next few days.
