Pre-Workout: Energy and Endurance Formula
Workout: Insanity: The Asylum Volume 2 – Upper Elite added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: Salad with Chicken, 1/2 Small Bean Burrito
Dinner: Taco, Enchilada, Rice, Beans, Chips, Salsa, and Guacamole
Snack: 4 Tangerines, 2 Handfuls of Raw Almonds, 2 Bowls of Honey Bunches of Oats w/ Almond Milk, 1 Lime Popsicle, Bag of Popcorn
Relief: 30 Minutes Foam Rolling

Upper Elite is a crazy upper body workout. Definitely left me knowing where I am weakest. This workout is long on push-ups. Seriously, Shaun T is killing me with the push-ups. I felt my arms get larger and my body being pulled by gravity with greater intensity by the second. Don’t be afraid to finish the round doing push-ups from your knees, just finish and get better every time. I did the last 20 from mine this time. Next time only the last 10 🙂
