Workout: Insanity: The Asylum Volume 2 – Power Legs  / TriCore Workout 10  added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Post-Workout: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Lunch: Turkey on Wheat, Small Side Pasta Salad
Dinner: Hamburger (no bread) and Mashed Potatoes with a Tomato Sauce, Corn Nibblets, 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie
Snack: Lime Popsicle

Looks like I got lucky with the calorie burn last night and it covered all of those extra calories I ate late last night. No weight change from yesterday to today. I am thinking that my calories were a little shy tonight, but the quality of the calories, not so good. I hardly ever eat hamburger like I ate it tonight so we’ll see how that does. Big thing is I am feeling stronger pretty much all over. The leg workout today was brutal, especially hitting the EVOcx after the Asylum workout. Today it seemed like all I was doing was either sprinting up hills or sprinting on the flats. Felt like my legs were going to spin right off! And I loved every minute of it 🙂 I am sick in the head! Love you all!
