Breakfast: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology and Cinnamon and Coffee
Lunch: Chicken Sandwich and Criss-Cut Fries
Dinner:
Pasta Salad (Bow Tie Pasta, Peppers, Artichoke Hearts, Carrots) and Hibachi Chicken  
Pre-Workout:
 AcidCheck Caplets, Activit, Cordastra, Replenex, Vitality Coldwater Omega 3
Workout:
 Focus T25 – Total Body Circuit added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Snack:
 P90X Results & Recovery Formula and 2 Lemon Juice Popsicles and 1 Oreo

I love my Tuesdays! Busy day today with the kiddos – busier than usual. Somehow my son picked up ringworm on his arm and his school called for me to pick him up. Off to the doctor we went to get it treated and a doctor’s note so he could return. The only bad thing about this was that I wasn’t able to work with him and the other pre-schoolers in their class. I have had fun over the last month watching these kids learn and improve so much! Very rewarding experience! To all of you teacher’s out there, Thank you for all you do!

I got my workout done in the evening, Focus T25 – Total Body Circuit. Week 2 has a different line up than Week 1. Bring on the muscle confusion! I was totally ready to hit the Speed 1.0 and then I looked at the schedule and was surprised to see that today would be an upper body workout as well! Shaun T doesn’t call this the hardest workout of the week for nothing. I so needed the push-ups though! Time to get that upper body stronger!
