Workout: 5 Minute “Sphinx” Plank Challenge and Focus T25 – Cardio added AcidCheck Granules and Pink Himalayan Salt to Water
Snack: P90X Results & Recovery Formula
Dinner: 3 Soft Corn Tortilla Carnitas Tacos with Fajitas, Pico de Gallo, 1/2 Bag of Chips and Guacamole, 1/2 Cup of Black Beans
Snack: 2 Lemon Juice Popsicles
The day started out perfect! I got to watch my daughter at swim practice. New class today. They threw her right into the butterfly. I never thought about it before, but it makes sense to teach them the butterfly because it is a symmetrical stroke – mechanically simpler to learn right? Yeah, well it is one of the most tiring too! Addison was pretty exhausted by the end of the session but had a huge smile!
Got in a little work with my Dad. Visited with my Mom. Then went home to get my workout done. Ended up answering a Plank Challenge and then started Week 2 of Focus T25. Love that Cardio! My friend Julie put together a great video on the program. Check it out here! Love this program!
My nutrition was decent today barring the chips at dinner. The guacamole was yummy though! Working on it! Drinking water! Resisting the urge to hit the carbs!
