Dinner: Burrito with Brown Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Guacamole, and Carnitas. NO CHIPS! Yes!
Snack: Cinnamon Vanilla Waffle Shakeology
1 Cup Ice / 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk / 1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology / 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon / 1 Tbl Organic Maple Syrup – Blend and Serve – Yummy!

Today was a Rest Day for the Focus T25 program. Thinking about doing the Stretch DVD but will save it for tomorrow before Cardio. I got in a little Swim Active Recovery this afternoon before lunch. I videoed the session to show some of the things I have figured out to do with it and also to observe my technique. The BowSwim is great for helping you work on mechanics and efficiency. Learning more and more about swimming every time I use it!
