Today was Day 20 of the TriCore Workout. So far this is the longest workout at about 52 minutes. I ran out of water. My fault I poured a short bottle :-\ I know better now for the next 5 remaining workouts. Tomorrow is a Rest day which means get in the pool for me! The weather is going to be warm for the rest of the week. I wish I had the BowSwim or the SwimTether so I could swim in my pool. Soon. Soon.
