Extreme Hills – New interval set today. Tension all the way up. Out of saddle climb for 1 minute / Seated for 1 minute – tension off /  Out of saddle climb for 1 minute  – tension on /  Seated for 2 minutes – tension off

Busy Dad didn’t take care of himself this afternoon. Craving protein but I’ll probably just stick with the carbs. Tomorrow I will seek and destroy on some meat! Active Rest Day tomorrow, bike or run? Find out tomorrow night!
