Rest Day for Asylum. Perfect Day to implement my new training regiment. The workout started off with a Baseline of My Fastest Mile Run 5:47 (PR since College), Push ups for 2 Minutes, and Sit ups for 2 Minutes. Then I hit TriCore Day 1 of 28. Pretty fun stuff – http://wp.me/p2pRzM-le good workout. Luckily this is Day 1, I hear that it gets progressively longer and harder. May is going to be a crazy month!
