Started the P90X2 Program today. My buddy and I decided on a program schedule using 4 weeks of Foundation, 5 weeks of Strength, 1 Recovery Week, and then finish off with 3 weeks of Performance. What I like about this Program so far, after doing only X2 Core, is that I am not comfortable at all with the workout. It shows me that I really need to work on my Core. I was wobbling all over the place on some exercises and nailed some of the others. I believe it is going to take all of the 4 weeks we have scheduled to get close to looking like a pro at these exercises. I am so up for the challenge though. It was great to work hard at the workout and feeling it working again!
